The Centre for Lebanese Studies (CLS) is an independent academic institution established in 1984 to undertake impartial and balanced research. It is affiliated with the St. Antony’s College, the University of Cambridge and has offices in Lebanon and the United Kingdom.
We work together with various partners to produce knowledge that helps build a cohesive, equitable and just society and to inform policy and policy makers on the national and global levels. Our research is collaborative, respectful, critical, valuable, equitable and transparent. We focus on education, refugees, disability, and social movements.
